The tires were slashed on four carsWednesday morningin Youngstown. It happened in a parking lot near the corner of Steel Street and Mahoning Avenue. Police responded to a call just before 2 a.m. and found the vehicles. A witness saw a heavy-set older man with white long hair using a knife to damage the tires. The suspect fled the scene in a small green car, possibly a Toyota Camry or Dodge Neon.
